Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan using trusted courier partners. Our standard shipping network covers:

  • All major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities (delivery may take 2-3 additional days)
  • Remote areas (additional charges may apply, delivery times vary)

International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding globally soon.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday). High-demand periods or weekends may extend processing time slightly.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status through our Courier Partner.

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times before returning the package to us.

We recommend using a delivery address where you or someone you trust can receive the parcel. Signature may be required for some deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and either reship your order or provide a full refund.

Please inspect packages carefully upon receipt and note any visible damage before signing.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, customs (for international—though we don't ship yet), or other circumstances outside our control. We will, however, keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
