Not completely satisfied? Return any unused, unopened product within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unopened condition
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Include all original packaging, seals, and accessories
  • Not be a final-sale item (some promotional items may be marked as non-returnable)

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We will replace defective products or issue a full refund.

How to Return

Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We'll review and approve within 1-2 business days.

Package Your Item

Place the unused, unopened product in its original packaging. Include a copy of your return authorization email inside the package.

Ship It Back

Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email). Shipping costs for return are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-14 business days.

Please include your order number and return authorization reference on the package label.

Refund Options

You can choose your preferred refund method:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to the same credit/debit card, bank account, or mobile wallet used for purchase
  • Store Credit: Receive a store credit code valid for 1 year (no expiry, can be used for any product)
  • Exchange: Replace the returned product with a different variant or product of equal or lesser value (price difference will be refunded or charged)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund—no need to return the original item unless specifically requested.

Please do not dispose of damaged items before contacting us, as we may need them for quality investigation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or resealed (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
